What makes a girl tick?

Been watching The L Word recently and seeing how girls handle relationships on the show makes me realise that we, females, are a complicated group of people.

Irregardless of whetheryou are straight, gay or bisexual, we all have our own notions of how our partner should or should not do. And the best part about it is, even if our partner is less then ideal, we continue to hang on to them, with the idea that we can either A) Change them or B) Eventually accept them.

All I want now is intimacy. I can get orgasms on my own, but I want cuddles, I want kisses, I want that feeling of butterflies in my stomach and that I cannot achieve without a partner. While I am trying very hard to go with the flow, the flow is drying up... Sooner or later, there issn't going to be a flow anymore. Then where does that leave us?
