Original Xanga entry ↗Some days I am such a mess. *sigh*
I have a whole list of things to do. Have to contact the movers, have to arrange for the doggie to be shipped, have to arrange for university enrolment, have to make sure my brother decides on doing something with himself, have to arrange for my grandma to have a place to live, have to arrnage for myself to have a place to live at the end of the month. SOOOOOOOO many things, so little time... and so little energy.
I know most people would say I got the short end of the stick and that I got stuck with doing all the stuff that no one else would want to do. However, I do this because I know my mum would have done the same for me. Although I feel abandoned at some point and I feel that I have to take on a lot of reponsibility due to her leaving, but I am also aware that she did not have a choice and that she really needed to get out of here, before she was stuck in the stupid beauratical (is there even such a word? *ponder) system.
The entire weekend has been crazy. With grandma arriving on Saturday evening, and mum leaving at 5 am on Sunday morning, it's just been trips to airport and a whole lot of crying. When mum walked out of the door on Sunday morning, I thought that Grandma would never stop crying. She was soooo hysterical, crying about how mum had never been so far away from home and stuff like that. Good thing she has calmed down. I got not much sleep, but somehow managed to survive. Of course, I did catch a darn cold and I'm totally knocked out on the immunity system, but other then that, I think I'll survive.
Only one thing bugs me about this whole affair. Now that my grandaunt is here, she's been cooking alot of good food... and that means my plan for dieting has gone "kabooom". I can feel myself piling on the weight now *sigh*

Just hang in there -- everything will work itself out, and you'll get caught up with the rest of your life. Then the new stress can arrive
