Project One Completed

Took me over 5 weeks to get around to doing up my room so its actually livable again. Its ironic though, because eventually, it just took me 3 days last week to get it entirely cleared up. It actually feels like home again now. As promised, below are some pictures...

BEFORE

A full mess of stuff with suitcases strewn randomly on the floor, clothes all over the place and boxes, papers everywhere! Coming home to this mess was entirely painful and it didn't feel like home at all. Had so much junk stored in the room, with more than half of it not being my own junk.

AFTER

Basically removed the suitcases I had been living out of and organised my clothes into drawers and the wardrobe. Cleared out Kent's desk and moved his stuff onto the shelf. Put his things onto my desk and moved the drawers down so there is more space. Changed the curtains to red so it brightens up the room. Bought a black heart cushion for my comfy big red chair.

Bought a new table for my laptop. Rearranged my books and DVDs on the shelf. Got myself a neckroll and a red heart cushion.

The next step now will be to finish doing up the living room. That will be another project that will take some time. Lots of rubbish that needs to be cleared and its not going to be a simple job. Hope it won't take me another month to get around to clearing it this time...
