Original Xanga entry ↗Just got back from the airport, after sending my grandma off. There were tears, but I'm sure everything will be fine.
I haven't been getting as much rest as I would like and my schedule is upside down again. Going to be working in the day shift for the whole of next week. *blah* I am still trying to draft a letter to send to my dad to appeal against his decision for me to stay in Singapore rather then go overseas to study. Hmmmz wonder if it will work out.
Okay, gonna just leave with this quote on the mind...
{v} Love
2. There would come a time when we have to stop loving someone not because that person started hating us but because we found out that they'd be happier if we let them go...
And god knows that I've done that before... more then once...

Um... I don't wanna be let go. I'd be better off if you held on tighter.

Shift changes can be such a drag.
It will be interesting to see what Dad says.

Just because you let them go doesn't mean you have to stop loving them. There is a guy a dated for 2+ years, that I haven't seen in 2 years that I can honestly say I still love, and probably always will.

Sigh.

It's hard to let people go, but sometimes it's necessary.

I try letting people go.. but they seem to come back. Argh!

Aye. Hi Jessie. Strange thing but I found my way here (*bows*), and right to one of the tricky aspects of love. Self-sacrifice (means true love?) vs. selfish love, and weighing happinesses. Never to be put down properly, never to be solved.
Don't worry too much,
it matters, but as such,
no matter what you do
don't forget about you.
