it hurts and I can't afford to go to the dentist yet cos I'm broke... I hate this pain

Use anvisol, (I think I spelled that right??) and if you have any antibiotics, start taking them. The dentist will probably put you on some for a bit before he touchs it to rid it of any infection. Good luck!
