Wow... Guess what, it's another milestone...

ONE WHOLE MONTH with Xanga...

This has become my daily routine... to get to work and blog, or even just get online at home and blog. For the past month, it has become a routine... Someone once said, that to get into the habit of doing something, you have to do something constantly, everyday, for 3 weeks in a row. For some reason, 21 days is the time when things get printed into the mind and consciousness, and it becomes a habit. I always try to do that when I want to make something a habit, make myself do it for 21 days in a row... One of the things I wanted to do was make a habit of eating less, to lose weight. Why? Cos I'm a bum... and I can't be bothered to exercise... so I just eat less... Recently, I've taken to eating one meal a day... and lost 4 kg in 5 weeks. Cool eh? Somedays, I am obsessive about my weight. Somedays, I just break all rules and binge on chocolate. ON those days, I am prolly depressed...

Close to tears, close to giving up.

the more you starve your body, the more fat it retains as you eat....  it's unhealthy....  ;(   try eating a couple of smaller meals a day, snacks, even, so your body feels nourished.... and make sure you eat healthy!

oh, there's nada wrong with chocolate!  yumm....  ;)

I've become a hopeless xanga addict too. I blog all day at work, and then get home and blog some more. I've been in the habit of only eating one meal a day for a long time now. I have never eaten breakfast, and now I don't eat lunch either. But I'm usually starving when I get home from work, and I eat a big dinner, and usually something chocolate for dessert. Chocolate is yummy.

I think many of us have become Xanga addicts... but hey, that's Okay... Don't give up!  If you have the mindset to eat one meal a day and lose 4 kg, then you have the will power to go on ;-)
