Cozy Dinner
Original Xanga entry ↗It's been a long time since I cooked a full menu for dinner. Reminds me of the days when we were back in Perth and I used to cook every weekend for everyone. Today's dinner was especially meaningful because its the first dinner with friends I've had at my place since I moved back here.
Thanks to Alina, Indu, Edna, Gerald, Shariene and Lisa for sharing this first meal with me. May this be the beginning of many more! More food, more laughter, more fun!
Menu consisting of the following:
Miso Soup with Udon, Tofu, Enoki Mushrooms, Seaweed & Handmade Meatballs
Fresh Green Salad with Thousand Island Light
Edamame
Enoki Mushrooms Soaked in Wine Sauce & Wrapped in Bacon
Pan Fried Salmon Topped with Homemade Mushroom Sauce
Rice Topped with Fish Bits & Seaweed
Full Japanese menu and I think it was yummy, even if I say so myself
