I lived thru a garage sale, tons of packing and carting various heavy textbooks, old lecture notes, dead monitor and printer to their unfortunate burials. It is finally the time for me to FINISH packing and bid goodbye to Perth, Western Australia, my home for the past 2.5 years. Strange as it may seem, I have grown to like Perth. It's quiet and boring to an extent, but still, it's a nice place where people aren't always in a rush to go somewhere or do something. They seem to really enjoy doing things at a leisurely pace and I find it very comforting.

My computer has been sold and tomorrow, I'll be handing over the keys of my car. After that, I'll only have 1 day which to enjoy the sights of Perth before finally heading home. I feel strange. Unsure. Unsettled and oddly, unhappy. Yes, I do miss Ray very much, but I will miss the lifestyle of Perth as well. Being able to go where I want to, whenever I want to with the conveneince of driving my own car. I like that. Very much.

Maybe I'll get lucky sometime in Singapore and have the pleasure of owning and driving my own car. I might. You never know. I might end up working for some company that gives me a car to drive. I know it seems like just a dream, but we can always hope right? Well, I am still in love. And I will go wherever love brings me. So farewell for now. We'll meet again I'm sure.
