YAY! Ray called! YAY YAY YAY and TRIPLE YAY!

Just hearing his voice made my day. I know it seems like I'm soooooo pathetic, but after missing him for the past 3 days and worrying that something might have happened, I am so happy that he finally called. Apparently his phone DID run out of credits like I thought it would. We'll just have to be more careful from this week onwards.

On another note, I just realised that after moving here, I seldom read the papers. Occasionally something flashes on the news on TV and I listen in, or while I am driving to work, or if Ray tells me... but other then that, I'm so hopelessly detached from the world sometimes. I really need to take more interest! I mean just occasionally reading CNN and Straits Times issn't good enough. It was nice when Shinta had the papers delivered... I read them just about everyday. But now that she's stopped it, I've started not to catch up on current affairs anymore. Ok, enough of my whining

I'm off to get some food before the long stretch of work tonight!
