  1. Z is a xenophobic bully who needs to learn to treat others with respect. Unfortunately, the only thing such people understand is a punch in the nose. A should have broken Z’s arm. A’s parents should now be prosecuting Z’s parents for the assault.

    There’s more than one way to punch a bully in the nose. As the injured parties, A’s parents should immediately (ie – before Z’s parents force the school to act in their favour because bullying is usually learned behaviour) demand the removal of Z from the school on the grounds that his violence and bullying makes him a danger to all the other children. With the additional promise of taking legal action if the true culprit (Z) is not properly punished.
